AN AUSTRALIAN PLUM VARIETY
Fruit:
Large 63-70mm conical shape.
Skin: Red on cream to yellow background.
Flesh: Amber in colour. Meaty, crisp texture. Very sweet - 20% Brix.
Unique flavour.
Maturity: 1 month after Santa Rosa.
Pollinators:
Partially self fertile - Laroda, Santa Rosa and Tegan Blue.
Health Status:
Grown from best available source.
Comments: Medium size vigorous tree.
Excellent storage and shelf life. Fruit may crack on young trees and hence trees
should be lightly pruned, very little nitrogen fertiliser and not thinned in the
early years.
