DAVES DELIGHT
FLOWERING CHERRY FROM DAVID PIKE (ANFIC EXCLUSIVE)

Parentage: Possibly Incisor and Soft Pink.

Blossom: 5 days before Kansan. Large, single white blooms, opening firm slight pink buds, borne in great profusion in large trusses along the branches. Blooms are full of nectar and set fruit readily.

Fruit: The many fruits (though small) and inedible are quite attractive throughout the tree as they ripen and attract birds to the garden in early summer.

Foliage: Opens to a soft green, becoming darker when mature. Leaves have a very distinct serration. Excellent show of Autumn tones.
