(A Starfruits PEACH Variety Exclusive to ANFIC)
HARVESTED:
1st week of February.
FRUIT: Size range 62 to 84 mm. Flat shape with dimple at blossom
end. Slight suture bulge on some fruit.
SKIN: Mottled red on cream/green – 70 to 90%. Low pubescence.
FLESH: White flesh. Brix 14%.
STONE: Freestone.
COMMENTS: Very nice flesh texture. Excellent flavour. This is
a high quality peach.
