Fruit:
Medium to large - 64 to 85mm. Roundish shape with a shallow suture.
Skin:
Red on yellow - 30 to 90% with a thick skin.
Flesh: Yellow flesh, which
is firm, smooth and juicy with a rich flavour. Brix 15%. Some bleeding around
the stone.
Stone: Medium sized and free.
Maturity: End of February
in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales.
Comments: Consistent high
quality fruit producer.
