COMMENTS:

Trees cropped from fourth year of planting or topworking. Easy to peel. Juvenile trees are thorny. Internal anthocyanin pigment developed after 3 weeks in cool store.  To obtain anthocyanin pigment on tree, chill is required. Fruit is round with a slight ‘neck’. No detriment or leaf drop from high nutrition program. Trials have shown C1867 is sensitive to Cit-tite®.
