ARC SUN 2 (aka SUN BREEZE)

FRUIT: Good eating quality, 56 mm, 95 g, pointed fruit shape.

SKIN: Green-yellow with no red blush.

FLESH: Yellow flesh, melting texture, firm. 15° Brix, 6 kg firmness.

MATURITY: End of January in Simondium (Western Cape).

POLLINATORS: Laetitia, Ruby Red. Early flowering plums eg Santa Rosa (Flowers in week 37).

COMMENTS: Looks like Songold. Very productive, lower chilling requirements than Songold. Replacement for Songold in warm areas. Medium chill 400 hours.
