A Star Fruits French NECTARINE variety

FRUIT: Large – 70+ mm

SKIN: 95% rose red over green. Very attractive to look at. Very little pubescence. Clean, smooth skin.

FLESH: Firm white flesh, juicy with 18%% Brix. Fine texture with excellent taste.

STONE: Small freestone with a little bleeding around the stone.

MATURITY: 3 – 4 January – Canowindra, NSW.

COMMENTS: Tree of very good strength. Early thinning required to get good size. Excellent eating qualities.
