Co-ordinated Marketing Groups
Horticulture Fresh Australia (HFA) was established in 2006 by its parent company, the Australian Nurserymen’s Fruit Improvement Company (ANFIC).
HFA’s role is to commercialise superior selections of fruit varieties to Australian fruit growers. HFA selects only the best growers to participate in Coordinated Marketing Groups and works with growers to provide them with the best technical information to assist with growing the fruit variety. Marketers are also appointed by HFA to implement marketing and promotional strategies for these superior varieties.
HFA ensures that the process from growing to promotion and marketing and sale is coordinated and that both growers and marketers are doing their best for the fruit variety.
HFA managed Coordinated Marketing Groups currently include the Prime Seedless Table and Seedless Mandarin groups.
